Ban-pecan-choco-chip bread
Stuff you need:
2.5 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3.5 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
2-3 soft bananas
1.5 cups of each nuts & choco. chips
Mix everything together until creamy, stir in nuts & choco. chips. Pour in to a greased 9" baking pan and bake for approx. 40 mins. at 350 degrees. Decrease temp. to 335 and continue baking for another 10 minutes, until golden brown on top. Enjoy with butter or cream cheese and delicious cup of coffee!
